It is recommended that you train for a minimum of two to three times a week for your first ten sessions. Thereafter, Dr Shubhra will advise on the optimum frequency and duration of sessions to keep you aligned to your personal goals based on progress.

Dr Shubhra provides a safe and nurturing environment for expectant mothers to stretch, and strengthen mind and body in preparation for labour, birth and post natal life. These sessions can help reduce common pregnancy aches and pains are safe for all trimesters and fitness levels.
